CHARGE: RECKLESS DRIVING

Attorney Kensley Barrett of Marin & Barrett, Inc., is extremely pleased to report that charges of reckless driving filed against a Client were dismissed after successful completion of driver re-training and community service, which were negotiated by Attorney Barrett. The reckless driving charge stemmed from an incident in which the Client was trying to elude the local police after a dispute with the Client's boyfriend.  We successfully argued that the Client had no prior record, was young, and that a driving course was more appropriate than a conviction or a filing.
