CHARGE: LARCENY UNDER $1,500

Attorney Kensley Barrett of Marin & Barrett, Inc. is extremely pleased to report the dismissal of misdemeanor larceny charges against our Client.  The Client was arrested after his employer notified the Warwick police that the Client had stolen merchandise while on the job.  Marin & Barrett, Inc. met with the Client's employer and arranged for the return of the stolen items.  The City Solicitor confirmed with the Client's former employer that the charge should be dismissed due to the property being returned.  The Client avoided probation and associated penalties due to the charge being dismissed.
