Marin & Barrett, Inc., is pleased to report that a client who was held without bail and detained at the ACI after being indicted on charges of first and second degree child molestation was released on bail following successful arguments during a bail hearing in Providence Superior Court. The serious charges stem from allegations involving the Client from 2003-2006.  Marin & Barrett, Inc., successfully argued that the late disclosure of the alleged incident along with the Client's familial ties to Rhode Island and lack of a threat/danger to the community warranted bail while the case remains open. 

RESULT: BAIL GRANTED PENDING TRIAL OVER THE PROSECUTOR'S OBJECTION in March 2022
