(3) DOMESTIC REFUSAL TO RELINQUISH A TELEPHONE
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

CASE OVERVIEW:  Attorney Kensley Barrett is pleased to report that charges of Domestic Assault, Domestic Refusal to Relinquish a Telephone and Domestic Disorderly Conduct charges against our Client were dismissed.  Our Client was arrested after an altercation with his wife in Lincoln, RI.  Attorney Barrett was able to communicate with the Client's wife and assist her in executing an affidavit of non-prosecution.  After the Client completed counseling sessions, the Prosecutor dismissed the charges.
