CHARGE:  FEDERAL DRUG TRAFFICKING CONSPIRACY

CASE OVERVIEW: Attorney Kensley Barrett with Marin & Barrett, Inc. is extremely pleased to report the dismissal of federal drug trafficking charges against our Client.  The Client was arrested along with two co-defendants following an investigation by federal agents.  Marin & Barrett, Inc. reviewed the evidence that was provided by the US Attorney's Office and successfully argued that the Client had minimal to no involvement with the conspiracy.  The prosecuting US Attorney agreed and the charges were dropped against the Client.  The Client avoids mandatory minimum penalties and potential immigration issues due to the charge being dismissed.
