Client got into an argument with his girlfriend and the girlfriend subsequently called the police department. Client had ten years of exposure for the probationary period he was on. Attorney Barrett quickly enrolled the Client into counseling sessions and negotiated a dismissal of the domestic assault charge in district court and a withdrawal of the probation violation in superior court.
