CHARGES:
(1) SIMPLE DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY
(2) DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

CASE OVERVIEW:  Attorney Kensley Barrett is pleased to report that Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct charges against our Client were dismissed.  The Providence Police Department arrested our Client and alleged that the Client assaulted his ex-girlfriend when picking up their child in common.  Attorney Barrett highlighted that there were no injuries to corroborate what the alleged victim stated and he was able to negotiate a dismissal of both charges upon the completion of anger management classes.  The case has subsequently been expunged from our Client's record.
